FAQ | Linda - Math tutor

Thank you for checking out my webpage. As an experienced public school teacher, I've had a lot of experience helping students who are intimidated by math gain confidence and greatly improve the grades.

How long is a typical tutoring session?

This depends upon the student's maturity, attention span and needs. In-person sessions are from 60 to 90 minute sessions . An online session can be as short as a 30 minute homework review to 90 minutes for test preparation.
Where do I tutor in person?

I mostly tutor in the Ken Carly / Littleton area, preferring to meet my students in public libraries or other appropriate venues.
When am I available for in-person tutoring?

I mostly tutor after school Monday-Thursday. If sports or other activities are restricting the student's availability after school, online tutoring is a great alternative. Occasionally, I will make arrangements for current students to do in-person tutoring outside of these hour to prepare for a big test.
When am I available of online tutoring?

I am lucky enough to live in beautiful Colorado, in the Mountain time zone. I can be very flexible scheduling tutoring based upon your needs. Contact me and let's see if we can find a mutually beneficial time.
